Chocolate! It comes in milk, dark, and even white. But where does it come from? How is it made?

Cacao trees are hard to grow, and only one flower out of every five hundred bears fruit: the cacao pod.
These pods take about five months to mature. Afterwards, the pods are split open and the cocoa beans extracted and roasted to separate shell from nib. The nibs are then ground... It's not easy, making chocolate!
