One night, a she-wolf hears the cries of Tala, a baby abandoned in the woods and takes her in. Eventually, the she-wolf decides to return the girl to the humans, but little in Tala's life goes well after that. So it is that one day, the she-wolf, now a mother, must come to Tala's rescue once again, and this time, with her whole family in tow. For ever since the girl was first found, she has been a member of the pack.
