The transhumanist revolution isn't science fiction. Biotechnologies can already alter nature (GMOs). This is the perspective that gave rise to "transhumanisme," a trend endowed with prestigious and prosperous research. The same goes for new technologies: nanotechnologies, "big data" processing, biotechnologies, robotics and artificial intelligence. This revolution need regulating.
