Lucas is afraid of the dark. Between his sister's departure and bullying at school, he must learn to overcome his fears and find his own way.

Lucas is 13 years old and still afraid of the dark. He also has visions: strange watery forms visit him at night. At school, three classmates bully him and at home, only his sister supports him. But she will soon leave their home for college. During a nightmare, Lucas meets an elderly man by a lake. This man may be able to help him find his way and stop being scared.
