Their names are Kesz, Malala, Sandra, Om, Mayra, Memory, Craig, and Baruani. They live in the Philippines, Pakistan, Colombia, India, Brazil, Malawi, Canada, and the DRC. They've known the worse the world has to offer: lived on the streets, in slums, or refugee camps; been reduced to slavery; witnessed or were victims of discrimination. But they never believed they were too weak, young, or alone to rise up against injustice. Quite the opposite: through their strength of their character, they changed the course of events, leading dozens of other children behind them.
