Our children need to be alert, responsible, capable of seeking their own path and asserting themselves with respect. It's time we helped them do so!

Our society presents many dangers and everyday aggressions that can negatively affect children: insults, mockery, beatings, hazing, lynching, harassment (at least one in ten children is a victim), intimidation, manipulation, misinformation, fatphobia, sexism, hypersexualization, addiction to social networks, free access to pornography... Given the situation, parents obviously have a key role to play, but they are often too caught up in denial, confusion, or even anger. But remaining silent, giving up, or accepting the unacceptable is sure to perpetuate toxic, even deadly attitudes. No parent wants that.
