Germaine Cellier (1909-1976) is the creator of some of the most famous fragrances sold by famous Maisons (Robert Piguet, Balmain, Nina Ricci, Balenciaga), but she has largely remained unknown. In a very masculine environment, she managed to find her place as a female "nose," thanks to her explosive and provocative creations. Germaine Cellier’s perfumes have seduced people on both sides of the Atlantic, and even today, are still favorites of such celebrities as Sofia Coppola and Courtney Love.
