This work analyzes the responses of different political regimes and evaluates the risk of climate war, the rise in insecurity, and the territories most exposed to climate changes. Finally, it examines the new power dynamics that are emerging in a world on the path to decarbonization and insists on the necessity for Europe to use its normative power in service of the climate.
