Spring 1979, Tehran. As the Iranian Revolution sets the capital's streets blazing with fire and running with blood, the mullahs are busy torching everything representative of the Western model championed by toppled shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, now in exile. Alone in the basement of Tehran's modern art museum, its guard, Cyrus Farzadi, fears for the canvases he watches over.
