The story begins with a disaster: Dorémus has lost his beloved bunny plushy along the path. Grandpa takes charge, and everyone sets off to find it before nightfall! With his older sister and brother, Dorémus sees some rabbits hopping happily behind a bush. And then something incredible happens: his plushy, which seems to be riding one of the real rabbits, leaps toward Dorémus, who catches it!
