New York State police detective Ozzy Tristano isn't doing well these days: his wife wants a divorce, his last cases turned into utter fiascos, and to top it all off, he's been weirdly, transdepartmentally promoted to the FBI, without a clue as to why. We follow him through a snowy NYC as he drifts around in a taxi driven by therapist Donald Freud, meandering through past memories, present uncertainties, and worries about tomorrow.
A fusion of farce and drama high in style: truly, a perfect Unidentified Literary Object.
